Portable Truck Weighing Scales & Steel Weighbridge Decks

Jiajia Forge builds weighbridges, load cells and portable axle scales for distributors, contractors and the mine, port and logistics operators who have to put a defensible number on every load. Decks are welded, blasted and coated in our own workshop, then shipped to the site that has to live with them.

02 / TWO WAYS TO WEIGH

One workshop, two very different site problems.

A temporary checkpoint and a permanent high-cycle weighbridge do not fail in the same way, and they should not be specified the same way. We build both, and we will tell you plainly which one your site needs before anyone commits to civil works.

01

Portable axle weighing

A 58 mm low-profile plate that can be direct-buried without a concrete pit, sealed to IP68 and rated for 150% overload. It suits quarries, seasonal intake points, temporary road checks and any site where excavation is the slow, expensive part of the job. Axle-by-axle figures arrive at ±0.5% dynamic accuracy across 1–100 km/h, using full-wheel load integration to cancel out off-centre and irregular driving.

02

Permanent welded decks

For a fixed weighbridge that will cycle thousands of times a week, we build U-shaped steel fully-welded closed-cavity decks. Sa2.5 shot blasting and a double-bottom, double-side paint system leave a dry film of at least 120 µm, and the structure is validated in a third-party 2-million-cycle fatigue test. Standard 3500×1000 mm, widened 4200×1000 mm, with ZDG multi-deck combinations for different wheelbases and capacities at 20, 50 and 100 ton.

03 / HOW A PROJECT RUNS

From a site description to a working lane.

No hand-offs between people who never speak to each other. The same teams that quote the job build it, ship it and stay reachable afterwards.

01

Specify the load, not the brochure

Send axle loads, vehicle mix, site conditions and destination. We map them to a deck, a sensor and an indicator configuration, then confirm the trade terms and the delivery window before anything is cut.

02

Fabricate and test in-house

Welding, blasting, coating and assembly happen under our own roof, with our own R&D, manufacturing and installation teams. There is no fabricator to blame when an installer arrives on site.

03

Commission and stay reachable

Our installation and maintenance teams support commissioning and operator hand-over. When a site needs attention, the people you call are the people who built the equipment.

04 / THE NUMBERS WE WILL PUT IN WRITING

What the specification actually says.

These are the figures we quote from. If a figure is not here, we have not claimed it.

05 / WHERE THE EQUIPMENT ENDS UP

Four sites, four sets of constraints.

Salt air, abrasive dust, a gate queue and a temporary haul road all punish a weighbridge differently. Start with the site and the product line usually picks itself.
