04 / THE MANUFACTURER

A Weighing Manufacturer Built Around the Workshop

Jiajia Forge is a weighing equipment manufacturer based in Yantai, Shandong, China. We design, fabricate, install and maintain weighbridges, load cells and portable axle scales, and our equipment is trusted in 70+ countries.

01 / ONE ROOF, FOUR DISCIPLINES

Most weighing problems are hand-off problems.

A fabricator blames an installer, an installer blames a sensor supplier, and the operator is left holding a lane that does not reconcile.

ACCOUNTABILITY

The people who build it stay on the call.

We keep R&D, manufacturing, installation and maintenance as in-house teams, so the people who weld a deck are reachable by the people who commission it. For a distributor that means one point of contact and one accountable answer when a site needs attention, rather than a chain of suppliers each certain their part was correct.

The production brings weighing platforms, load cells and balance instruments together under one roof. That is why we can quote a deck, a sensor and an indicator as one matched configuration instead of three purchases that have to be made to agree.

02 / NUMBERS WE WILL STAND BEHIND

What we can confirm, and what we will not print.

We do not publish a price list here, because a single 20 ton deck and a multi-lane enforcement station are not the same purchase. The quote is built from your site.

Payment is T/T, and we quote EXW, FCA, FOB, CNF, CIF, DAP or DDP. Tell us the destination and we will set out the documentation, the trade term and the delivery window in the quote rather than assuming one route fits every port.

03 / HOW WE WORK WITH DISTRIBUTORS

An evaluation unit is a normal first order.

We would rather earn a roll-out by letting a distributor test one scale on a real site than win a large order on a promise.

01

Send the site

Vehicles, axle loads, surface conditions and the accuracy class you need to meet.

02

Get a configuration

We tell you which of the four product lines fits and, as importantly, which does not.

03

Commission with the build team

Drawing review, installation guidance, calibration and a maintenance path planned with your local team.

04 / WHERE TO START

No brochure needed.

If you are adding weighing to an existing product range, start with the vehicle mix and the site. If you are equipping one lane, start with the surface and the wheelbase spread. Either way the first conversation is a specification, not a sales pitch.

NEXT STEP  /  01

Tell us what you need to weigh.

Send the axle loads, deck size and site conditions. We will come back with a factory quote, the trade terms and a delivery window you can plan around.
